Digital Success Training provides WIX website design, setup, and related digital services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in action plans.​

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals

  • Ensure content supplied is accurate and legally permitted

  • Review work carefully before final approval

Delays in feedback may affect project timelines.

Payments

  • Payments are required before work begins

  • Work may pause if payments are overdue

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

 

Once payment is received, the client owns the website content and design created specifically for them, excluding third-party tools, templates, or licensed assets.

Website Platform

 

All websites are built on WIX. Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting, subscriptions, and platform fees once the project is complete.

Limitation of Liability

 

Digital Success Training is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or third-party service issues

  • Changes made by the client after handover

  • Loss of data due to factors outside our control

Changes to Terms

 

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any changes.
