Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled at Digital Success Training. Because our services are custom, we believe in setting clear expectations from the start.

Website Projects

  • Due to the custom nature of website design, completed work is non-refundable

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

  • If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment is required for work completed to date

Cancellations by Client

 

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice. Any outstanding balances for completed work remain payable.
