Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 6, 2025

Website Services & Packages

Full Refund:

• A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no work has begun.

Partial Refund:

• If work has started but is incomplete, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. This is determined at the sole discretion of Digital Success Training.

No Refund:

• Once a website has been fully delivered or a significant portion of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.

 

Add-On Services

• Add-on services (e.g., SEO setup, email sequences, branding support) are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If the add-on has not yet been started, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

 

Consultations & Strategy Sessions

Rescheduling:

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

No Refund:

• Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Digital Products

All digital products, including toolkits, templates, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access and intellectual property.

 

Special Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations beyond these terms may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Digital Success Training. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email natalie@digitalsuccesstraining.com with:

• Your full name

• The service purchased

• Date of purchase

• Reason for the request (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 72 business hours.
