Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Success Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized services that support your online success.

 

This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for all offerings, including website packages, memberships, and 1:1 sessions.

Effective Date: August 25, 2025

Website Packages

 

Full Refund:

  • A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no work has started

Partial Refund:

  • If work has begun but is not yet shared or complete, a partial refund may be granted. The amount will be based on the percentage of work completed. This is determined at the sole discretion of Digital Success Training.

No Refund:

  • Once a website has been delivered, or a substantial portion of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.

Special Circumstances

 

We understand that life happens. Refunds or cancellations outside these terms may be considered in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Digital Success Training. Please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund or cancellation, please email natalie@digitalsuccesstraining.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the request (if applicable)

 

We will review your request and respond within 72 business hours.
