We start with a friendly one-on-one conversation to explore your goals, audience, and what your website truly needs. It’s all about getting clarity ... without any tech overwhelm.

2. Choose Your Package

Based on our call, I’ll recommend the package that fits you best. Once you’re ready, I’ll send an invoice. When payment is received, we get rolling!

3. Website Setup

I (or one of our trusted Digital Success Training consultants) will build the framework of your site using placeholder text and images. Think of it as your personalized website framework ... ready for your content and totally manageable on your own.

4. Personalized Training

We’ll meet again for a guided session where you’ll learn how to update, edit, and manage your website with confidence. Prefer a recording to refer back to? No problem! We’ve got you covered.

5. Launch & Support

Once you're happy with how it all looks and feels, your website goes live! You’ll have the tools and training to keep things running and we’re here if you ever need support down the road.
